Update for 2020
We have created separate registrations for each class which is included in a link on each event in our calendar.
This will ensure that all registrations go to the right course automatically and reduce communication errors between Students, Training Officers, Instructors, and the Corporate Office.
This will also take the place of the paperwork each student fills out at each class and includes the Liability Release and the Student Participation forms.
ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER THEMSELVES.
We will not accept training officers or anyone else to register an individual.
As we are always looking for ways to increase user ease, efficiency, and capabilities, we would love to get your feedback on the registration format.
1. Eligibility
We offer a wide range of courses in the Search & Rescue field.
For the level 1 courses we offer, the eligibility requirements are that you be physically and mentally capable of completing the skills and training, have or rent the appropriate gear and equipment for the course.
For certain other courses, a previous course that is still current may be necessary as a prerequisite. These include the level 2 and 3 courses; such as FAST2, GSAR2, GSAR3, VRT2, & VRT3, RTB2. Additionally, the FRBT1 requires the FAST1 to be eligible.

2. Application
Please fill out the application for the class you would like to attend. Enrollment is first come first serve based on registration.
You will receive an email letting you know that you have a seat in the class, if there are seats available. Otherwise, we will give you the option of going on the waiting list or looking for additional dates that would work for you.
We need the Name, Agency/Department, Email Address, and Phone Number for each student attending. This allows us to appropriately mark the seats for each class and send out the information email prior to class start so each student knows what to bring, expect, and the schedule.
