Private class Two day course designed to share techniques and knowledge with vertical rescue instructors. Class will include: Highline Operations Knot passing Rescue Basket Tending Rescue Basket over handrails without hipoint Pick off Techniques Tri pod tie back Ascending Patient packaging Australian rappelling
This two day instructor training is restricted to individuals that have successfully completed and hold a current FAST 1 rating through Rescue Training International. Registrants will be required to submit an application and review several documents prior to the training dates. After the Instructor Training, the Apprentice Instructor will be required to be assessed in no less than two FAST 1 courses within a two year time frame. Upon completion of the assesment process, the applicant will complete a short Lead Instructor briefing before being cleared to teach classes as a Lead Instructor.
